there are five steps!
to throw a submarine pitch...
1. look at the catcher's glove, don't think of the batter.
2. take a small step toward, bend down the body.
3. rise the right arm and curve( rise left arm if you are lefthanded)
4. turn your left arm inside toward the body(turn right arm if you are lefthanded)
5.twist your body and arm, wrist,and head and throw as fast as you can!
yayayayayayayyayaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
